Certificate Program in ‘Ulūm al-Qur’ān

The Qur’ān contains the revelations of Allah. It is the message from God to man and therefore of utmost importance to us. To properly grasp a message, one needs to understand its contents and also needs to know the circumstances that surround the message. Muslims have from earliest times applied themselves in studying and understanding both and ultimately developed the 'Sciences' of or Knowledge' about the Qur’ān, known as "‘Ulūm al-Qur’ān.”

CIK invites you to a one-year journey exploring the meaning and contexts of revelation, the history and transmission of the divine manual, exegesis (Tafsīr) and miraculous nature of the Qurʾān.

Every Saturday 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
